Mass Fidelity, a start-up brand of innovative electronics products, needed a scalable, easy to manage new website. They also needed a way of managing the site in multiple languages to support their world-wide distribution network. Working with Mass Fidelity's graphic design concept, CE Marketing Pros customized our Marketing Assets Engine (MAE) back-end infrastructure to perfectly meet their needs. Now Mass Fidelity's brand manager can add categories, series and products to the site in minutes. Creating pages in different languages is a snap thanks to CEMP's "Parent" system. And of course the site utilizes all of the marketing features that every consumer-facing website should have - email collection, product registration, consumer reviews and a searchable dealer database.

Stiernberg Consulting is the leading business development consultancy serving the entertainment technology, music products, and AV/IT systems industry worldwide.  Their ideas and advice are fresh but their website had become old and tired. We worked with the Stiernbergs to choose a color palette and site design that reflected their values and met their unique needs. The site is built upon our proprietary content management system that allows staff to upload current calendar events as well as manage text and image content. Warkwyn Associates is an acoustical design and measurement service based in Canada that did not have a strong brand style nor a website that adequately showcased their services and value proposition. We designed a new logo, defined the brand's colors and fonts and applied them across all collateral material including a new website. The latest Polk website launched in 2012 reflects a move back to Polk's "heart" love of music and Americana heritage. The look is warm and inviting.

Interior pages feature deep product information along with a heavy dose of consumer education materials, a staple of Polk's marketing approach since we introduced the mid-90s speaker specialist print campaign shown elsewhere in this portfolio. We have been designing web sites since 1994, the Internet equivalent of the Jurassic period. Part of a total re-branding project in 2012, the site reflects Definitive's graphic scheme of simplicity, clean lines, and precision.  The direct-to-product category links reflect our philosophy of giving visitors a direct path to what they're most interested in – the products. 

Individual product pages are graphics rich with embedded videos, lots of gallery images and every scrap of data a potential buyer could possibly want, including MSRP. US visitors see US MSRP, Canadian visitors see only Canadian MSRP and all other visitors see no MSRP at all. We have strong feelings about showing MSRP on websites. This website never went "live" for public view yet there are instructive stories to be told about it. All of the site contents were created with an in-house developed Content Management System (CMS) that made it easy for marketing staff to upload and edit text, documents and images without the help of IT. The site was complete and in testing mode when the last minute decision was made to change the brand's logo and overall graphic direction. All that had to be done was tie the new design to the existing content within the CMS and just like that an all-new new site was born (see the "heart/wood/Americana" style Polk site elsewhere in the portfolio).

This is a great illustration of the power of a database-driven approach. Beyond the convenience, freedom and economy of self-reliant web site management, it gives one the ability to change site graphic design relatively easily without starting from scratch. We pioneered database-driven sites in 2000, before the term CMS had even been coined. The CE Marketing Pros have built a 4th generation CMS system we call  MAE - Marketing Assets Engine - optimized for populating and managing CE websites and tying them into a larger marketing plan. The rotating banners on this now-defunct 12V home page tied in to a complete marketing campaign to move Polk's autosound image from old and stodgy to young and cool. The campaign featured real-life custom car enthusiasts and their Polk–equipped "tuner" cars. The theme was carried across all marketing materials including the print ads shown elsewhere in this portfolio.

The product pages contained or directly linked to all the information a consumer could possibly want to know about the product, including manuals, installation advice, related products and more.
